Processing Time

Merchandise that are readily stocked will usually be shipped within two to three business days.

We try to maintain most of our inventory as ready stock. However, if an item you ordered is not readily stocked, we will require approximately one week to sew your item before it can be shipped.

We will keep you notified of the expected waiting time, and will email you upon shipment of the order.

All custom orders will only be cut after payment of the customisation charges are completed. Thereafter, we will require approximately one week to sew your order before it can be shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping within Singapore is free for orders valued at S$70 and above. There is a charge of S$5 for orders valued under S$70. If you are in a hurry to receive your order, we offer a local courier service for S$10. Please note standard order processing time still applies.

International orders are most welcome as well. We offer flat rate economy shipping anywhere in the world for S$16, FedEx International Economy shipping and FedEx International Priority shipping. The FedEx shipping rates are based on where you live (you will be notified of the shipping cost when you check out with your cart before making payment), and are a flat rate regardless of your order size.

Economy shipping will be sent by standard registered post, a signature-required service that takes about 8-10 working days depending on customs clearance. During festive seasons, please allow a minimum of 3 weeks for your parcel to be delivered by Economy shipping due to heavy mail volumes. Goods sent this way are trackable in most countries. According to past experience, we have had trouble with locating parcels delivered to Italy, Poland, Germany, Austria, Australia, Spain, India and China. 95% of the parcels we send by this method are trackable and arrive safe and sound, but to these destinations it generally takes a longer time and may not be trackable.

Kindly note that the postal service allows a maximum insurance compensation of S$68 for economy shipping service, so we are unable to compensate more than this amount. If your parcel is not received after 24 working days from the date of posting, we will issue a refund for your item cost, up to a maximum of S$68.

If your shipping address falls within these destinations, or your local post office is not completely reliable, we strongly advise upgrading to the priority shipping option.

FedEx International Economy shipping promises to deliver your parcels within 2-4 working days, and FedEx International Priority shipping within 1-3 working days. Since there is a very, very low chance of lost parcels with this option, we will fully insure the item cost of your purchase.

For exceptionally large orders, we will contact you if shipping rates differ.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY (usa ONLY)

There are various shipping options that are available to the USA as of August 2013. The USPS and SingPost have amended some policies relating to registered mail articles, so please read the following information carefully before selecting your carrier option.

1) SingPost (USPS First Class Mail Service) - S$18
Improved delivery speed of 6-8 working days, with full tracking service available online. However, with this service, SingPost and the USPS will not offer insurance nor compensation in the event of lost or delayed parcels. 

2) SingPost (Registered Mail Service) - S$16
Delivery speed of 8-10 working days, with no tracking.  In the event of lost parcels, there is a maximum insurance compensation of S$68. If your parcel is not received after 24 working days from the date of posting, we will issue a refund for your item cost, up to a maximum of S$68.

3) FedEx (International Economy and International Priority) - S$39 & S$54
FedEx International Economy shipping promises to deliver your parcels within 2-4 working days, and FedEx International Priority shipping within 1-3 working days. Since there is a very, very low chance of lost parcels with this option, we will fully insure the item cost of your purchase. 

For exceptionally large orders, we will contact you if shipping rates differ.

ORDER TRACKING 

Customers will receive e-mails from Vanda Fine Clothing notifying them of the status their order is at. Upon shipment of the order, customers will receive an e-mail from Vanda Fine Clothing notifying them of the tracking details. With the tracking code, you can track your order’s shipping status in the box below. If the box is not working, please email us directly at info@vandafineclothing.com.  

Refunds & Exchanges

We will gladly accept exchanges for the same item within 14 days of receipt. Should the item that you wish to exchange be out of stock, we will issue a full refund for the item. 

Returns and exchanges on sale items and custom orders (including monogrammed items) are not allowed, unless a mistake was made on our part.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email us for instructions as soon as possible at info@vandafineclothing.com. All items must be returned in their original state - unworn, free of damage, stains and fragrances, and with original packaging and tags.

For return packages, all shipping costs, including any duty incurred during this process will be the customer's responsibility. If all conditions are met, a full refund for the item cost (not including postage) or exchange will be issued. Vanda Fine Clothing will not be responsible for any return packages lost in transit without confirmation of delivery to Vanda Fine Clothing. Please contact us if you have any questions and concerns.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us and we care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to inspection, and may be opened by customs authorities.

We provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
